Customer care networks and will return to your hotel

Last wednesday May 27 Planabout went to the masterclass given by Guille Rodriguez in Valencia (processed by EEME Business School) . Thereof, which was entitled Social Hotels , happy customers offered some clues about the use and management of social networks in the hospitality sector. Guille, leading them in Ushuaia Ibiza Beach Hotel (among others), gave many practical examples and showed the way forward for companies that live on the hotel, as there are many in Ibiza, but also in the Valencia’s region , which has its headquarters Planabout. We note, extend (we mean, update) our professional knowledge for the benefit of our customers.
